Called the Lennar “emergency line” and was told all the field reps are very busy. They are slapped together and have major construction quality issues. Worse off, Lennar does not stand behind its poor work. I made the mistake of buying 2 homes in Summerville, SC, one for me and one for my daughter. The staff really helped us get through the process smoothly. Communications back and forth were very good. After we moved in they had a quick response to any issue we had. Skip the hassle of listing, months of showing and juggling double mortgages.

That's why they can't sell these homes now. From the first person who showed us different models here in Simi Valley to Becky and all the people who took us through the loan process, we had a pleasant experience. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here.
They said they would contact my client and make it right. They still have not contacted my client. I had a house built in Gold Canyon AZ. The roof leaked, the plumbing leaked, the sink drain leaked. The paint job is as sloppy as I’ve ever seen. By the time they get back into my house it will be one year from the start. Love the house but seriously not on par with other builders we have bought from in the past.

The home is built beautifully, quality workmanship for a home that is built en-mass. Otherwise, the process of filing issues thru MyLennar needing to be addressed after move-in has been wonderful. Today after meeting with a different loan officer that was assigned to was told that no longer qualify. From the time that originally was told that was approved until today (5/26/13) nothing has changed in the credit report to reflect nothing negative, or anything else in general. I bought a single family house in Sawgrass Spring Hill in April 2022. They did lots of mistakes in my house such as stair, flooring, bathroom, back door, front door etc. List is too big that I really don't understand what to include over here and what to exclude.
